Business Analyst

What you'll be working on:

• Gathering requirements from stakeholders, identifying business needs;
• Creating requirements artifacts (concept, design, use cases, test protocols);
• Configuring the system using low-code tools;
• Conducting presentations and training for clients;
• Preparing documentation and managing requirements changes;
• Communicating with implementation teams and enterprise customers.

What we expect:

• Proficiency in English and Russian;
• At least 1 year of experience implementing IT projects (CRM/ERP/BI/BPM/DMS);
• Knowledge of BPMN and data exchange technologies;
• Understanding of IT solution architecture;
• Experience working with external clients;
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean);
• Ability to visualize information (diagrams, charts, presentations).

Additional skills:

• CRM/BPM/ERP certifications;
• IIBA (CCBA, CBAP);
• Agile certifications;
• Knowledge of business domains (banking, insurance, pharmaceuticals, service, B2B marketing).
